Happiness
Happiness, happiness!
My dear friend, happiness,
My unparalleled friend, happiness!
You help me to defy death's existence.
You help me to purify sorrow's presence.
You help me to strengthen my weakness.
You help me to enlighten my strength.
You help me to see the face
Of promise-dawn.
You help me to feel the heart
Of satisfaction-moon.
You help me to lead
The human in me.
You help me to feed
The divine in me.
You help me to fulfil
The Supreme in me.
My Eternity's friend, happiness,
You were, you are
And you shall forever remain
My Eternity's only true friend.

True Happiness
True happiness
Is not a mental hallucination.
True happiness
Is not a complacent feeling.
True happiness
Is the spontaneous feeling of joy
That comes from knowing
You are doing the right thing
And leading a divine life.

Happiness
If we can cry with the human in us
When the human in us cries,
Then there is happiness.
If we can smile with the divine in us
When the divine in us smiles,
Then there is happiness.
Happiness is in identification;
Happiness is in oneness-reality.

Happiness, happiness, happiness!
My happiness abides in my soul's promise to God.
My happiness dwells in my heart's hope for a higher life.
My happiness resides in my life's willingness to fulfil God at every moment.
I am happy when early in the morning I place my ignorance-head at God's Forgiveness-Feet. I am happy when early in the morning my inspiration-eye catches a glimpse of God's Compassion-Eye. I am happy when early in the morning my aspiration-heart is blessed by my Lord's Satisfaction-Heart.
To be happy I must not allow insincerity to stand at my mind's door.
To be happy I must not allow insecurity to stand at my heart's door.
To be happy I must not allow impurity to stand at my life's door.
