Commentary on Success Poem

Sri Chinmoy says success can give us great encouragement and inspiration, but we should remember success in the material, outer life, cannot give us lasting satisfaction. When our desires are fullfilled we get temporary happiness, but inevitably more desires come in their place. We should try to keep a balanced view neither getting carried away by success, nor getting overly despondant at failure. If we can maintain this attitude we will have greater peace of mind and also will be more likely to succeed in what we want.
